Initiate Your Request
Log in to your NexTool account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.
Ship the Items
Attach the generated shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
